The second series, still ATV only, and it's very low budget. No sign of the familiar logo, just a quickly-drawn cartoon one, and a lot of playing around with the ATV logo too.

A somewhat unfamiliar sight, this showcases movie clips with shots of the red/green studio.

The most well-known version of the opening titles, with Tom Bright's 'Saturday Is Tiswas' theme song, plenty of flan-shots, soakings, movie clips and cartoon sequences, all linked with a mechanical chroma-keyed logo device!

The most ambitious of all the opening titles, trying for a narrative with the Phantom beginning his day by turning on the TV set, which shows Tiswas and movie/cartoon clips.

Tiswas Reunited

Tiswas Reunited is now available on DVD - an extended version of the show seen on ITV1 in 2007, with plenty of extras. TiswasOnline has been covering this revival project and has contributed to it. See the official blog and other show details at our Tiswas Reunited minisite!

Chris Evans spent a lot of his childhood watching Tiswas, which later inspired some of his eccentric TV show creations.

In fact during one edition of the Big Breakfast in 1993, Compost Corner made a comeback. Alas it was for only one show!
